These proposals have been designed for the Golfing in Florence association, considering a minimum base number of 2 customers with a double or single use occupancy room and a maximum of 6 as transfers are made by Ncc drivers registered on the list, using a Mercedes / Audi minivan or similar with a maximum capacity of 7 and in rare cases 8 passengers. For some excursions, the guide / companion could be on board; therefore, the maximum number of customers is 6. Therefore, it is necessary that the customer provides data such as the number of nights, the preferred golf course, the type of accommodation, any food intolerances or allergies (for the cooking class), and preferences for the type of activities, museums, and excursions suggested. This will enable us to provide a realistic estimate and an updated price, which may vary from those proposed.
Location
Considering the sudden variations in hotel rates and NCC transportation services over the past few months, and the lack of updated rates for 2024, the actual package price will be subject to change at the time of request. The price could vary by a maximum of 20% if the cost of fuel or accommodation tax increases.
Regarding the green fees, we would need to receive your preferred net rates that are agreed upon by us to include in the package, which should be more advantageous.
Accomodation
The rates for this type of accommodation range from 170 to 350 euros per night, depending on the period and the room category.
Tours & Excursions
Some activities/excursions can be operated regardless of the base location (Prato/Scarperia/Bagno a Ripoli/Florence) while others are linked to the territory.
The order of the activities may vary based on the availability of museum tickets, opening hours and availability of qualified drivers and guides at the moment of the booking.
Departure and return times may vary according to the season to ensure enough daylight hours to play golf.
The rates for this type of accommodation range from 150 to 250 euros per night.
For this type of accommodation, the rates in high season from April to October for a double room based on 2 people, are at least 850.00 euros per night, while in low season, prices can go down to 300 euros. I suggest proposing an activity package to your clients as an alternative if they decide to book accommodation on their own. To offer a complete experience, the minimum number of nights is 5 and extendable.
Schedule for a minimum 5 nights package
● Day 1: Arrival , check in and time to relax or play with a Greenfee of 9 holes
● Day 2: Morning at the Golf club followed by a transfer to Florence for a traditional lunch and a
3 hrs private guided walking tour to discover the city including one museum among:
Accademia Gallery, Medici Chapels or Santa Croce Church.
● Day 3: Full day excursion (on Monday when the Golf club is closed) to discover the highlight or
the Tuscan countryside *
● Day 4: 5 hrs Cooking class or truffle hunting experience and time to play golf
● Day 5: Day at leisure with an elektive customized half day tour **
● Day 6: Departure to your next destination or to the airport
The activities are confirmed with a minimum of 2 people adults and can be offered with an extra fee per person up to 7 people as a private minivan with an English speaking driver can accommodate up to 7 people.
(*) The full day excursion on Monday last 8 hrs and based on the starting location could be one of the following ones:
1. From the Golf club in Prato :
– Discover the Valdinievole valley with the medievel town of Pistoia, lunch on the charming
hilltop village of Montecatini Alto and time to relax at Grotta Giusti thermal center ( 9:00 am –
5:00 0 pm)
– Discover Pisa with its Miracle Square and Lucca with a concert and dinner ( 2 pm- 10 pm)
2. From the Golf club of Florence in Isolotto:
– Discover the Chianti area and the Unesco world heritage village of San Gimignano and Siena
with a 2 hrs walking tour of the city visiting its majestic Duomo cathedral. (9:30 am – 5:30 pm)
3. From Golf Ugolino in Grassina (south east Florence area):
– 2 hrs stop at the outlet The Mall and lunch and wine tasting at a winery (10 am – 6:00 pm).
– Visit the center of Arezzo town with the church of St. Francesco and its frescoes by the artist
Piero della Francesca and lunch in Cortona the etruscan town known as the setting of the
famous movie and book Under the Tuscan Sun. (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
4. From the Golg Club in Scarperia (Mugello area):
– Discover Mugello with a guided walking tour of Scarperia village, a wine tour and tasting at a
castle and a stop at the lake of Bilancino or the Convent of Bosco ai Frati.
– Discover Bologna with 1.5 walking tour and visit the Ferrari or Lamborghini museum.
(**) The elective activity of your last day could be exploring more in Florence:
– 3 hrs Artisan tour in Florence
– 3 hrs Uffizi Gallery in Florence
– 3 hrs Religious center with Duomo cathedral, Baptistery, Museum and Dome climbing
What is included:

high season
– Private transfer from/to the airport/station of Florence to the hotel *

* If you land onto Pisa or Bologna airport you can get a train to Florence and then have a private
transfer to the hotel. If you want a private transfer from Pisa or Bologna the balance will be around 4000 euros.
